Shipping & Returns

We ask that you check the order and its contents for damage and completeness immediately upon delivery. If the shipment is damaged, we advise you not to accept the package and to contact us immediately. It would also be very helpful to receive supporting evidence in the form of photographs. If, contrary to expectations, you have received incorrect or damaged items, we will arrange a free exchange or issue a credit note. 

Our products are only manufactured and shipped to order. We are committed to sustainability.  

Should you nevertheless decide against one of our products, you can return it in return for a credit note or refund. However, we would like to point out that we cannot refund the shipping costs for the return shipment. 

We also ask you to note that an exchange is only possible up to 2 weeks after receipt of the goods. The prerequisite for this is that the items are unused, in their original condition and have been stored in undamaged original packaging.
